- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- At least five years of relevant experience in working in an international and multicultural environment either in the industry or in an accounting firm
- Strong analytical and accounting skills, ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and a general aptitude for quantitative analysis
- Considerable knowledge and understanding of VAT and customs concepts, including intercompany services, transfers of tangible goods, transfer of intellectual property and other financial transactions
- Considerable knowledge of managing functional analyses interviews to identify, assess and document intercompany transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluent in French and German and/or Italian (a plus)
- Experience in project coordination and management and strong ability to communicate and influence accordingly at internal and external (mainly advisors) level
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to communicate internally
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and good financial analysis -modelling skills (a plus)
- Self-initiated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
