Legal & Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Legal team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Madrid. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You’ll be joining a young and dynamic team that supports all Marsh and Mercer lines of businesses and works closely with our more senior colleagues from Marsh and Mercer.

Get to know different clients and realities, becoming a trusted advisor to the business.

We will count on you to:

  • Advise our consultants and the business with all related legal and compliance matters;
  • Support on projects and clients contracts management;
  • Guarantee that all our registrations on providers platforms are compliant;
  • Identify risks within our lines of businesses on consulting projects;
  • Escalate more complex situations to our external consultants;
  • International compliance reporting and align global guidelines to local reality and law.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law;
  • Experience and knowledge on corporate law, GDPR, AML and Insurance; 
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;
  • Advanced English level (minimum B2) and native Spanish;
  • Great sense of ethics and integrity;
  • Be able to translate technical language to non-lawyers;
  • Results oriented and confident speech.
