Job Description:
Enfinity is looking for a versatile person that will provide support to the Company's European Legal Department for the commercial and financing activities of the company along Europe.
The position requires the candidate to have, among others, solid academic track-record, strong attention to detail, structured and organized profile, and the ability to work with tight deadlines set by a highly demanding team.
Key Responsabilities:
Financing
* Legal support to the financing activities of the company in Europe through project finance or other financing structures.
* Support the relations with external advisors, local teams and financial entities, review, draft and negotiate financing agreements, waivers and all related documents.
* Coordination of legal matters related to existing financing facilities.
Commercial
* Provide legal support to strategic deals and transactions of the company (access to new markets, power purchase agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements).
* Support the relations with external advisors, local teams and counterparties, review, draft and negotiate agreements and related documents.
* Coordinate other commercial transactions for the Company.:
Qualifications
* Pro-active, motivated individuals with strong appetite to learn and improve daily.
* Degree in Law and LL.M.
* Capacity and experience working on a multinational environment with multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent spoken and written Spanish and English. Italian is a plus.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Well-organized and deadline driven.
* Previous experience of at least 6 years in a reputable law firm or energy company (experience in financing agreements, PPAs and/or EPC and O&M contracts in the energy sector).
