We are looking for professionals like you in our international Hub based in Madrid.


  • Analyzing documentation supplied but internal and external stakeholder, sorting them and putting the relevant systems.
  • To have an in-depth understanding of processes and to adopt an ethos of continuous review with the intention of improving, error proofing, automating, simplifying, clarifying and eradicating any “non-value” process steps.
  • Proactively gain and develop knowledge of all relevant lines of business to facilitate accurate processing for both retained and outsourced work elements.
  • Build strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties, become the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
  • To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.



  • Native/bilingual level in Italy.
  • Advanced level of English(C1).
  • Spanish is desirable.
  • Insurance background is preferred.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills and customer centric attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
