Miravia Lead Generation Manager

Miravia is seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to develop and rollout the Lead Generation strategy for Miravia. The Lead Generation Manager will analyze the existing base of brands and sellers, their assortment on Miravia, and identify gaps and areas for growth. Based on the analysis, and on an ongoing interaction with internal teams, she/he will define the priorities and strategy to approach brands and sellers matching the value proposition of Miravia.
This role will be part of the Sellers Operations team, and will deal both with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Define strategy and roll-out of the plan for the Lead Generation workstream.
Work closely with BI, Business Developers, Account Managers, and Category Managers to identify the leads to target each quarter, set priorities and assign to the right recruiting channel.
Independently identify potential sources to purchase and qualify leads.
Monitor and report on the lead production, validation, consumption and conversion by channel, provide recommendation to recruiting channels on how to improve their performances.
Own the vast leads database of Miravia, request new features and improvements of the CRM to the Product Development team, support and validate the roll-out of new functionalities.
Regularly report to senior management on progress, blockers and plans for the Lead Generation channel.
