We are looking for Head of talent Acquisition strategy expert from one of the best companies in the world.

The main objective is to establish the necessary strategies to attract and recruit the best cultural talent.

  • Function as a recruiting subject matter expert and provide guidance to the delivery and sourcing teams
  • Develop and oversee strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the team can flex and adapt to meet business needs and that both the candidate experience and hiring manager experience are optimized
  • Champion a change capable organization that helps colleagues to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Challenge partners to think differently regarding and operational issues, act as a thought partner and model creative problem-solving to impact business decisions
  • Be a strong partner to operations and DEI verticals, to ensure cohesion and continuity across all functions
  • Coach, develop and lead a team of professional recruiters and sourcers

Your experience:

  • 5+ years of recruitment leadership within a high growth and fluid organization
  • Experience leading a team of (37) recruiters and sourcers
  • Have led full life cycle and sourcing functions is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing successful and creative recruitment strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication. Highly articulate, able to deliver presentations with conviction and passion
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position
  • Able to adapt own approach and style to the situation; flexible approach and an ability to change direction with minimum disruption to others
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships and influence
  • Self-disciplined, taking pride in managing self to deliver agreed objectives
  • Strong influence and team building skills
  • Hight level of French & German & English
