  The primary role of the Sales Programs Director is to define and implement the demand generation strategy of Oracle Direct EMEA. The Sales Programs Director will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales across EMEA to define and agree the required demand generation programs and will lead a team of sales programs managers, specialists and analysts to drive the successful execution of programs and activities to meet the revenue and pipeline goals of Oracle Direct. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with all levels of Oracle Direct sales management to define the demand generation needs to support the Revenue gaps of Oracle Direct sales teams and to ensure engagement across the sales teams Ensure marketing planning deadlines are met and that agreed programs are in line with corporate priorities as well as revenue needs Own and drive the demand generation processes and procedures for Oracle Direct Institute a closed loop planning process for campaign and program definition in line with predetermined targets Provide infrastructure, support and analysis to sales teams to define, run and track large volumes of additional Sales Initiatives to meet local and individual needs Work with Marketing to optimise the generation of pipeline and revenue from all marketing activities (including …
