Key Accountabilities:   Responsible for contributing to and executing of seasonal GTM plans and briefs that support overall brand and financial objectives for EMEA Women’s Training & Fitness apparel including go in margin, net sales and efficiency KPI’s. Continuously visit the areas and control and guide markets in their sell in / sell through activities. Collaborate with market merchandising teams to engage with accounts to develop and maintain partnerships that insure Reebok Women’s Training & Fitness Apparel's effective presence and presentation at retail. Collect/consolidate area/market input for range build purposes and provide feedback to regional as well as global PMs. Be an expert in consumer and market understanding. Provide insight and analysis of consumer and market trends, competition, retail landscape and cultural drivers affecting business dynamics. Allocate market needs, define gaps and initiate SMU opportunities in close cooperation with area / market and top key accounts. Work in collaboration with Sport footwear, accessories and marketing to develop compelling, marketable category concepts and stories. Develop forecasts in collaboration with Product Controlling.
