As VP Trade Receivables Securitisation at Santander CIB, you will structure and execute securitisations of trade receivables across geographies, focusing on diversified portfolios and portfolio risk mitigation. You will support business origination, coordinate with risk and legal stakeholders, and manage asset syndication to investors. You will contribute to new product development and shape cross-border deal execution in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

Structuring and execution of securitisations of trade receivables deals across geographies
Assist on origination of transactions across different countries
Support approval with risk department and negotiate legal documentation with stakeholders
Coordinate syndication of trade finance assets to buy-side investors
Contribute to new product development

Requisitos principales

Extensive experience (5+ years) in trade receivables portfolio analysis and securitisation, with a proven structuring track record (investment banking background)
Knowledge of other trade finance products desirable
Languages: English required; Spanish and a third language preferred
Hard skills: trade receivables products, IFRS/US GAAP accounting, securitisation documentation, credit risk evaluation techniques, data analysis, cash flow modeling
Familiarity with EU banking regulation related to capital models and securitisation exposures (preferred)
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (cash flow modeling and data analysis)
High motivation and proactivity with proven business origination abilities
