As VP Finance, Iberia - Commercial, you will own the P&L for Iberia and partner with senior management to drive financial performance and growth. You translate financial insights into commercial action across subscription, advertising, betting, and content. You lead planning, forecasts, and cash flow while shaping pricing and offers in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role blends strategic finance with governance to support DAZN’s Iberian expansion and long-term targets.

Responsabilidades
- Own the Iberia P&L, managing opportunities, risks, and trade-offs to meet long-term plans
- Partner with Iberia management to translate financial insights into commercial actions across multiple business lines
- Lead financial planning including quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and cash flow management
- Drive commercial trading performance with marketing, product, and content teams to optimise subscription metrics and ARPU
- Act as Finance lead on major commercial contracts, distribution partnerships, and rights agreements
- Develop relationships with external partners, distributors, and rightsholders
- Prepare and present monthly performance reviews to Iberia and Group stakeholders
- Provide strategic financial modelling and decision support for new initiatives and pricing
- Champion governance, control, and compliance across the region
- Lead and develop a high-performing local finance team and collaborate with Group Finance on reporting improvements
Requisitos principales
- Experience as a senior finance leader (VP/Director level) with cross-functional influence
- Strong capabilities in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Proven ability to partner with commercial, marketing, product, and content teams
- Experience in contracts, partnerships, and rights negotiations
- Stakeholder relationship management with external partners
- Leadership and people development skills
