In this role you will drive EcoVadis’ global pipeline through advanced digital execution and a modern MarTech stack. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Regional teams, and RevOps to translate commercial goals into scalable revenue impact. You’ll diagnose funnel issues, apply AI tools, and steer experimentation to improve conversion and yield. This is a hands‑on, strategic leadership role with a focus on building a high‑performing, globally coherent growth engine.

Responsabilidades

  • Define ICP priorities, segment strategies, and revenue pathways with Sales, Regional Marketing, and Product Marketing
  • Build and execute the global growth marketing strategy aligned to targets while respecting regional nuances
  • Own global channel strategy across paid, SEO/SEM, ABM, and emerging AI channels; lead test/learn programs
  • Develop forecasting models linking investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes; manage attribution and CAC/ROAS analysis
  • Collaborate with MarOps/RevOps on tagging, tracking, automation, and analytics for accurate measurement
  • Lead and develop a global performance marketing and web/ CRO program to optimize funnel efficiency
  • Drive data‑driven decision making with dashboards and senior stakeholder storytelling
  • Cultivate a high‑performing, globally distributed marketing team through clear roles and development plans
  • Apply AI tools for segmentation, forecasting, and creative optimization to accelerate channel performance
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and measurable improvement

Requisitos principales

  • Proven experience leading global growth or digital teams with coaching and retention outcomes
  • Global experience across multiple regions with adaptation to cultural/language differences
  • Expert-level understanding of performance marketing, funnel dynamics, attribution, forecasting, and analytics
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech stacks, data platforms, tracking frameworks, and experimentation models
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable business narratives; strong cross‑functional influence
  • 15+ years in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing; Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
