In this role you will drive growth through strategic, value-creating acquisitions as part of TransPerfect’s global, cross-functional leadership team. You’ll lead end-to-end buy-side M&A activities, from target evaluation to integration, shaping how capital is deployed and how new businesses are integrated. You will partner with Finance, Legal, HR and global units to ensure rigorous financial planning, governance, and scalable operations. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, accounting rigor, and execution that enables sustainable expansion.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end buy-side M&A execution: target evaluation, due diligence, valuation and deal processing
Develop and present investment cases and financial impact analyses to senior leadership
Structure transactions to optimize capital efficiency, tax positioning, and risk management
Oversee QoE assessments, working capital analyses, and post-acquisition valuation
Coordinate financial consolidation and harmonization of accounting policies post-acquisition
Support post-merger integration—financial and operational integration, KPI dashboards, synergy tracking
Establish capital deployment frameworks and monitor ROIC and value creation metrics
Strengthen internal controls, ERP integration, and cross-border integration efforts
Collaborate with auditors, advisors, and global business units to ensure compliant financial reporting
Monitor acquisition performance versus integration assumptions and performance targets

Requisitos principales

CPA required
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate development, M&A, or private equity-backed environments
Deep expertise in buy-side acquisitions and post-acquisition integration
Strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced financial modeling/valuation skills
Experience leading cross-border transactions and global integrations
Executive-level communication and board presentation experience
