In this role you will design and deliver B2C & B2B digital products within Publicis Groupe Spain’s UX team in Barcelona. You’ll work end-to-end, from concepts to UI systems, across markets and platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed design throughout the development process and translate complex needs into usable solutions. You will help evolve our design system and contribute to user-centered strategy. This is a chance to shape impactful experiences at scale in a data-driven environment.

Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with Design, Product, Research, Content and Engineering to integrate design across the product lifecycle
- Apply design principles to meet customer needs and business requirements within agile environments
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from problem framing to prototyping and testing
- Deliver high-quality UI across various fidelities and platforms
- Assist with user research and UX analysis as needed
- Document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders
- Identify data-informed opportunities and design value-add solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and its delivery in digital products
- Provide and receive feedback to improve quality
- Contribute to strategic decisions on the future direction of digital products and user-centered design
Requisitos principales
- Minimum 2 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
- High level of English (assessment at interview)
- Agile mindset and teamwork orientation
- Passion for design impact beyond task execution
- Experience delivering features in agile teams
- Strong interaction design and prototyping skills
- Visual design proficiency (typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography)
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
- Portfolio with real-world case studies
