Experteer Overview

You will drive user insights across Rover’s global marketplaces, turning behavior into strategic product actions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to inform product and business decisions, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The role blends field interviews and data analysis, with an emphasis on global user differences and trust across countries. You’ll shape the research roadmap and help scale insights across the organization, using AI-enabled approaches when appropriate.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead end-to-end UX research across markets to inform product and business strategy
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Marketing to set learning goals and prioritize research opportunities
  • Design and run mixed-method studies (qualitative + quantitative) to assess experiences, concepts, and fit
  • Synthesize behavioral data, experiments, and user feedback into cohesive insights with analytics/data science
  • Apply AI and data tools (R, Python, SQL) for processing, visualization, and pattern detection
  • Translate findings into clear narratives and visual stories for diverse audiences
  • Identify cultural nuances affecting trust and adoption across countries
  • Contribute to the global research roadmap aligned with OKRs and long-term goals
  • Build and scale research systems, repositories, and dashboards for democratized insights
  • Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to test and validate ideas to improve Rover experience worldwide

Requisitos principales

  • 4–6 years in UX, market, or behavioral research within digital product teams or marketplaces
  • Strong qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, ethnography, co-creation workshops)
  • Experience with survey design, sampling, and statistical validation
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative data into actionable journeys and insights
  • Working knowledge of data analysis tools (R, Python, SQL) for quantitative research
  • Awareness of AI-assisted research workflows for coding, clustering, or synthesis
  • Ability to collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data Science to align insights with business decisions
  • Fluent in English; German, French, or Spanish is a plus
