As an Underwriter in the Madrid Center, you will evaluate and price risks for SMB clients and brokers within Chubb’s European network. You’ll collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure portfolio sustainability and growth, employing precise risk assessment and strong negotiation to secure favorable terms. You’ll manage policy lifecycles and leverage technology to drive efficiency, while building lasting broker relationships in multiple languages. This role offers meaningful impact through shaping underwriting strategies and cross-selling opportunities in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Responsabilidades

Provide exceptional service to brokers and act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders for center-processed business.
Underwrite, evaluate, and price risks in line with guidelines and authority, demonstrating contract knowledge.
Collaborate with underwriting and sales teams across Europe to maintain portfolio health and promote offerings.
Review offers and lead contract negotiations with brokers.
Support brokers serving SMEs by maintaining strong relationships and meeting deadlines via phone and email.
Manage policies throughout their life cycle with risk selection and portfolio strategy.
Coordinate with Operations, Claims, and leadership to improve efficiency through technology.
Support developments aligned with business strategies, showing adaptability and opportunity management.
