Experteer Overview

In this role you will oversee the Spanish customer and distributor relationship within the Order to Cash cycle, ensuring accurate order handling, timely deliveries, and clean receivables. You will lead a small team, drive continuous improvements, and resolve issues to meet service and financial objectives. You will work cross-functionally with Front Office, Logistics, and Credit teams to optimize processes and customer satisfaction. This is an enabling role that shapes how we service key accounts and reduce friction in O2C.

Responsabilidades

Supervise Spanish client relationships across the Order to Cash process
Manage EDI/SAP/order related communications and unblock orders
Provide status updates on orders, delivery data, and invoicing
Monitor collections, liabilities, and overdue actions with Sales and Credit teams
Record common issues and solutions to accelerate customer service
Analyze statistics and prepare accurate reports
Involve in staff training and performance reviews
Oversee the O2C flow for the team
