In this role, you will design and roll out a global learning strategy to boost skills, collaboration, and mobility across regions. You’ll partner with HR, leadership, and regional teams to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable training that supports multiple business functions. You will shape blended learning programs, align content with objectives, and drive a culture of continuous development. This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful impact across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.

Responsabilidades
- Design and implement a global training plan aligned with company objectives and talent needs
- Assess learning needs across regions and functions to identify gaps and priorities
- Develop and manage onboarding, upskilling, cross-functional learning, and leadership programs
- Create engaging blended learning solutions (workshops, e-learning, peer learning)
- Collaborate with internal experts and external providers to source high-quality training content
- Measure training effectiveness via participation, feedback, and performance outcomes
- Promote a learning culture by supporting managers to develop their teams and embed learning into daily work
- Ensure scalability and alignment of programs across all regions
Requisitos principales
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development in global/fast-paced environments
- Proven success in designing and delivering training at scale
- Strong understanding of competency-based development and instructional design principles
- Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions and functions
- Fluent English; Spanish or other languages are advantageous
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and multi-project management skills
