Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute multi-channel traffic acquisition strategies (SEA, PLA, CSE, social ads, display, affiliate)
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys to boost conversions and reduce acquisition cost
- Report performance metrics and insights to stakeholders
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings
- Analyze performance data (keywords, user behavior, backlinks, technical SEO) to optimize site and campaigns
- Plan, implement and test online campaigns with A/B testing and creative optimization
- Build senior-level partnerships with country-level stakeholders
- Manage budgets and allocate spend to maximize performance and meet KPIs
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker
- Identify new growth opportunities via A/B testing, audience segmentation, and emerging platforms
Requisitos principales
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights
- Solid expertise in SEO and Performance Marketing (including SEA, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, CSE, CSS, Social Ads)
- Familiarity with additional tools such as feed optimization, call tracking, programmatic advertising, and CDPs is a plus
- Fluent English; Dutch or French an advantage
