In this role you will track cyber threat actors within a designated region, build a deep understanding of their TTPs, and translate insights into actionable intelligence for stakeholders. You will create and disseminate intelligence products that inform security posture and risk decisions, while upholding a culture of respect, collaboration, and transparency. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve CTI processes and outputs, contributing to Swiss Re’s security strategy and resilience goals. This role offers impact through shaping threat intelligence and guiding proactive defense at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Track and profile cyber threat actors within assigned region/focus area
- Identify and monitor TTPs, infrastructure, and campaigns; track changes over time
- Create, develop, and disseminate actionable intelligence products for stakeholders
- Maintain culture of respect, collaboration, creativity, and transparency and drive improvements through feedback loops
Requisitos principales
- Ability to conceptualize intelligence products with unbiased judgments based on threat profile and security posture
- Apply structured analytic techniques (SATs) and peer reviews to reduce cognitive bias
- Proficiency with cyber threat intelligence frameworks (e.g., ATT&CK, Kill Chain, Diamond Model)
- Understand threat actor TTPs and extraction of indicators across kill chain to map workflows
- Develop threat hunting hypotheses and conduct structured hunts; track infrastructure and assess actor capabilities/sophistication
- Apply threat actor methods and malware/vulnerability concepts to support detection content, prevention, and incident response
- Experience in red/purple team testing and incident response planning
