As Service Engineer at Wallbox, you support Level 1 service with technical know-how, guiding bug reporting and direct liaison with key accounts. You monitor service tickets, coach the team, and drive continuous improvement of internal systems and processes. You ensure clear documentation, proactive planning, and effective communication across departments to deliver timely, cost-efficient IT and service support. You’ll train on product and process, onboarding L1 colleagues and supporting key account partners daily. This role sits at the heart of customer-focused service in a rapidly expanding EV charging company.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitor and advise on L1 service tickets
  • Share best practices and coach the service team
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal systems
  • Identify locks requiring follow-up or investigation
  • Develop interdepartmental communication channels
  • Document processes, policies, and procedures for IT support
  • Lead vision for proactive, consumer-focused service and accountability
  • Provide product and process training and support L1 onboarding
  • Support key account partners on a daily basis

Requisitos principales

  • Embedded systems knowledge with remote access capability
  • Analytic mindset
  • Ticketing and reporting systems knowledge (Salesforce, Jira)
  • Incident management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quality of service delivery and practice management
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience dealing with clients
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Additional languages a plus
