As a Service Engineer at Wallbox, you will support L1 service with technical know-how, reporting issues and engaging key account partners. You will monitor tickets, coach the team, and drive continuous improvement of internal systems. You’ll identify blocks, improve interdepartmental communication, and ensure clear documentation of processes for timely IT support. You will train on product and process, onboarding new L1 specialists, and daily support for key accounts. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast‑growing EV charging leader and a chance to shape customer‑focused service delivery.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitor service team tickets and provide L1 support guidance
  • Share best practices and coach the team
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintenance of internal systems
  • Identify locks requiring follow-up or investigation
  • Develop interdepartmental communication methods
  • Document and communicate processes for timely and cost-effective IT support
  • Direct vision for proactive service improvements and accountability
  • Provide product/process training and L1 onboarding support
  • Assist key account partners on a daily basis

Requisitos principales

  • Embedded systems knowledge
  • Able to connect remotely to embedded systems
  • Analytic thinking/vision
  • Experience with ticketing and reporting systems (Salesforce, Jira)
  • Incident management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quality of service management practices
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience dealing with clients
  • Fluent Dutch (native) and good English (working)
  • Additional languages a plus
