As Technical Program Manager in Celonis Product & Enterprise Security, you will orchestrate large security programs across Product, Engineering and Security teams to deliver impact at scale. You’ll translate complex security initiatives into coordinated workstreams, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed with clear, structured updates. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to drive execution using familiar tooling, shaping the security program landscape in a fast-growing SaaS company. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to strengthen trust and resilience across Celonis' platform.

Responsabilidades
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional security programs
- Influence and coach strategic and tactical decision-making
- Decompose programs into workstreams and coordinate across functional areas
- Present and advocate complex concepts to Security leadership
- Drive teamwork, collaboration and commitment across groups
- Create comprehensive project plans using Jira, GSuite and/or Excel
- Set timelines, milestones, assign tasks and manage risks
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and empowerment
- Deliver clear, concise, well-structured presentations to stakeholders
Requisitos principales
- 4+ years of Technical Program Management in SaaS companies
- Experience managing full program lifecycle from planning to execution
- Highly proficient in Jira for workflows and issue tracking
- Strong collaboration with multi-functional teams
- Familiarity with information security domains and/or security fundamentals
- Skilled in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and collaboration tools
- Ability to lead strategic programs across domains and teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
