As Technical Leader for the GOVSATCOM HUB, you shape the program’s technical direction and roadmap. You’ll coordinate systems engineering, validation, and cybersecurity to ensure technical excellence. You will act as the main technical liaison with the client, aligning requirements and delivering compliant, secure deployments across Europe. You’ll oversee integration, supplier oversight, and deployment planning for two European countries, contributing to Europe’s strategic autonomy in secure satellite communications.

Responsabilidades

Define the technical roadmap and select technologies and tools
Coordinate a team of systems engineers responsible for key areas
Serve as the technical point of contact with the client to ensure alignment and requirements compliance
Oversee system integration and align development and validation teams
Ensure security requirements are met in collaboration with the cybersecurity team
Design engineering and deployment plans and lead installation in two European countries
Supervise suppliers to meet functional, performance, and security requirements
Define the concept of operations ensuring efficiency and security

Requisitos principales

Experience in Telecommunications with coordinating system integration
Ability to ensure security requirements in collaboration with cybersecurity team
Design of engineering and deployment plans and overseeing installations
Technical supervision of suppliers for meeting requirements
Defining concept of operations with focus on efficiency and security
Experience in GOVSATCOM Hub design, subsystems and interfaces (preferred)
