In this role you drive end-to-end data center expansion programs across the EMEA region, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver capacity on time and within budget. You will partner with Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations to move sites from feasibility to handover. The role combines program leadership with hands-on risk management and continuous process improvement to scale AWS infrastructure for customers. This is a high-impact, cross-border role with opportunities to shape delivery strategy and standards.

Responsabilidades

Break down large, complex programs into manageable work streams
Clearly define goals, roles, and outcomes for cross-functional and remote teams
Travel up to 25% within EMEA
Lead end-to-end delivery from pre-contract design to handover for Colo, Hybrid Colo, and AWS Leased/Owned Data Centers
Coordinate interfaces between internal teams (Real Estate, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Security, etc.) and external partners (Contractors, Colo Vendors) to meet schedule and budget
Develop and maintain the delivery program and project budget; submit Capital Allocation Requests to senior leadership
Collaborate with Capacity Planning, Energy, and Real Estate to craft short- and long-term build strategies
Drive continuous process improvements via workflow updates and knowledge sharing across delivery teams
Provide regular status updates on key project metrics to senior leadership

Requisitos principales

3 to 5 years of program management experience in capital projects/physical infrastructure or mission-critical environments
Experience in data center design, construction, and fit-out projects
Industry experience in data center, networking engineering or construction management in mission-critical environments (Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, Structural)
Experience managing large-scale budgets for infrastructure projects
Preferred: experience delivering projects with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries
Bachelor's degree in Construction/Science/Engineering
