Responsabilidades

Lead and coordinate Field Planning Specialists to ensure consistent execution across regions
Foster cross-department collaboration to drive operational excellence
Ensure adherence to planning processes and standards; monitor performance KPIs
Develop and propose improvement initiatives based on performance insights
Build and refine multicategory territorial plans to drive category development
Oversee regional plan execution and align with national strategies
Create materials/tools for effective field planning and activity execution

Requisitos principales

University degree in business, marketing, economics or similar
Fluency in English and Spanish
5+ years of experience, preferably in multinational/competitive environments
Team management experience
Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel required
Experience in business planning and local market strategy; strategic vision and forecasting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and proactivity
