Responsabilidades

  • Lead and execute the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal, focusing on key accounts and business development
  • Manage and expand strategic customer relationships as a trusted commercial partner
  • Drive new business opportunities, market penetration, and regional revenue growth
  • Maintain strong pipeline health and profitability through hands-on selling and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on pricing, go-to-market initiatives, and strategic priorities
  • Represent TASKI in customer meetings, industry events, and high-level commercial discussions
  • Contribute to sales process improvements and enhanced customer value propositions

Requisitos principales

  • Proven experience in senior B2B sales, key account management, or business development
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growth, revenue, and customer engagement
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Experience with complex customer organizations and long-term partnerships
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantage
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in professional cleaning, industrial equipment, or capital goods is beneficial but not essential
