As Head of Talent Acquisition at Glovo, you will lead a global TA team, shaping recruiting strategy to attract top talent for a fast-growing tech-enabled marketplace. You will partner with senior leaders to align hiring with business needs, improve candidate experience, and optimize recruitment processes at scale. Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end recruitment for a global team of 8–15 recruiters
Coach hiring managers and recruiters on best practices to maintain a high bar in the recruitment process
Develop and refine recruiting programs and innovative strategies to attract top talent
Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and analytics to track pipeline and outcomes
Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, advising on market trends, compensation, and talent strategy
Ensure high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the process

Requisitos principales

8+ years of experience recruiting in fast-paced environments (ideally scale-ups or tech)
Experience managing a team of ~8+ TA professionals
Proven track record partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders
Experience recruiting across varied roles/levels in an international context
Strong networking skills and ability to build recruiting partnerships
Metrics-driven with data-backed recruitment strategy and decision making
Ability to influence decision-makers and strategic hiring discussions
Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices
