Join Schneider Digital in Barcelona to advance our Enterprise Performance Management capabilities using Tagetik. You’ll design and implement AiH-based solutions, shaping planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for global business stakeholders. Collaborate with analysts and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable Tagetik solutions that drive performance across the organisation. This is a hands-on role with impact on how finance teams plan and manage resources at scale.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and implement Tagetik solutions focusing on Analytics Information Hub (AiH)
Build and maintain Data Transformation Processes (DTPs), ETL pipelines, and SQL transformations in AiH
Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specs
Develop TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations for planning/forecasting models
Design and manage data models including custom dimensions and hierarchies
Integrate Tagetik with external systems using Tagetik Data Management tools and APIs
Ensure robust security design, provisioning, and access control
Perform performance tuning, testing, and deployment of Tagetik apps
Provide technical support and continuous improvement of Tagetik solutions

Requisitos principales

6–10 years of Tagetik development experience, 2+ years in AiH
AiH: DTPs, SQL, ETL, data pipelines
Proficiency in Tagetik Query Language (TQL)
Data modeling and custom dimension design
Tagetik Data Management and integration tools
Experience implementing Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting modules
Knowledge of Tagetik architecture and deployment with IT infrastructure teams
Exposure to other EPM tools (Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle PBCS, Essbase, IBM Cognos TM1)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Willingness to work across time zones
Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IS/Finance or related field (preferred)
Tagetik certification(s) or equivalent AiH/EPM training (preferred)
