In this role you empower the Talent Acquisition team to hire smarter, faster, and better by designing scalable workflows, championing AI-enabled tools, and delivering data-driven insights. You’ll support recruiters day-to-day while shaping long-term systems that scale, partnering with leadership and Finance to improve workforce planning and reporting. You’ll work at the intersection of people, process, and technology to drive measurable impact across the TA function.

Responsabilidades
- Provide day-to-day operational support to recruiters across tools, processes, and hiring workflows
- Maintain and improve documentation, playbooks, and templates (including CustomGPTs) for consistency and scalability
- Identify recurring challenges and design automated solutions rather than one-off fixes
- Own and evolve Ashby and the broader TA tool stack to save time and raise quality
- Pilot and evaluate new technologies (including AI-based solutions) with measurable impact and adoption
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and People Operations to ensure data flows and system integrations
- Build and maintain dashboards/reports tracking hiring velocity, funnel health, recruiter capacity, and quality of hire
- Lead monthly Leadership reporting and support People reviews with data insights
- Use Excel/Google Sheets and Looker to turn data into actionable improvements and spot bottlenecks
- Partner with Finance, People Operations, and TA leadership to align headcount plans and forecasting
- Prepare and lead monthly TA meetings, surfacing insights and opportunities
- Act as a thought partner to evolve a world-class, data-driven TA function
Requisitos principales
- 4+ years in Talent Operations, Recruiting Enablement, People Analytics/HR Operations or Strategy Consulting
- Proven experience optimizing recruiting processes with automation/tools
- Strong technical aptitude with Ashby or similar ATS, Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, automation), and Looker
- Proactive problem-solver who identifies opportunities and takes initiative
- Ability to balance tactical support with strategic, scalable system design
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills across levels
- Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, headcount planning, and operational workflows
