In this role, you will drive the planning solution landscape for a Life Science ERP program, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and Advanced Planning Systems. You will work with Business Process and Data Experts to design and deploy high-quality supply chain solutions that enable continuous improvement. You’ll help transform planning processes across multi-system ERP/APS landscapes in a Life Sciences context. This is a growth-focused position that combines hands-on solution design with leadership and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

Design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA-based supply chain solutions (PP, PP/DS, AATP) and APS (SNP/PPDS)
Collaborate with Business Process Experts and Data Experts within a multi-year SAP S/4 program
Identify improvement opportunities, develop innovative designs, and implement high-quality solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence in planning processes
Support strategic design and development of ERP template solutions
Lead small teams and apply change control methodologies

Requisitos principales

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or related field
Extensive experience with SAP ERP (S/4Hana) and Advanced Planning Systems, preferably in Life Sciences
Proven track record delivering solutions in multi-system ERP/APS landscapes
Experience leading small teams and applying change control methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication with diverse stakeholders
Ability to contribute to ERP template design
