As a Supply Chain Planner in Coty’s Global Planning Hub, you will understand end-to-end supply chain and collaborate within a multinational, cross-functional team. You’ll own KPIs for a product scope (service, inventory, sustainability) and drive timely production plans, material orders, and deployment decisions. You’ll contribute to direction-setting meetings with suppliers, factories, and markets, and you’ll proactively address exceptions to prevent stockouts or obsolescence. Your work will generate and analyze data to inform business decisions and identify process improvements, while supporting global supply chain initiatives. Responsabilidades

Own and deliver KPI targets for selected product scope (service, inventory, sustainability)
Produce and manage production plans, material orders, and deployment decisions on time
Contribute to direction-setting meetings with suppliers, factories and markets
Action exceptions to prevent stockouts or obsolescence
Generate and analyze supply chain data to support business decisions
Identify and implement process and operations improvements
Collaborate on projects related to products, portfolio or sourcing changes
Work closely with cross-functional teams for global planning initiatives

Requisitos principales

Graduates of Higher Education studies (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics preferable)
Initial work experience in business operations (internship) with supply chain exposure a plus
Fluent in English
Very good Excel skills (large data handling, basic formulas, pivot tables)
Basic knowledge of SAP (preferable)
Proactive, curious, and results-oriented
Disciplined, organized, able to perform under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Solid ownership, autonomy, and analytical skills
