In this role you ensure quality across manufacturing of steel tower components and related parts, aligning with Nordex policies and the APQP4WIND framework. You will conduct process audits, coordinate supplier inspections and lab tests, and guide homologation and material approvals for new suppliers. You’ll lead root cause analyses for non-conformities and drive sustainable improvements with cross-functional teams. This position offers growth in quality leadership within a global wind energy company and opportunities to influence supplier performance and product quality.

Responsabilidades
- Assure quality in the manufacturing process
- Perform process audits at door frames, steel mills, OPT or flanges suppliers
- Lead technical reviews or kick-off meetings with suppliers for new projects
- Analyze supplier information requests or deviation requests and respond when specifications aren’t met
- Coordinate inspections with the inspector and manage supplier inspections
- Coordinate lab testing of material samples
- Maintain and update the suppliers list status
- Lead homologation and material approval processes for new suppliers
- Manage non-conformities with root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
Requisitos principales
- Engineering degree
- Complementary training in Mechanical engineering and APQP4WIND
- C1 English (spoken and written)
- 2 years of experience (spoken and written)
- Strong time and cost efficiency
- Action-oriented with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- High commitment, proactivity, and dedication
- Ability to work with diverse business cultures
- Systematic problem-solving and timely quality issue management
- Willingness and flexibility to travel
