In this Strategy & Operations Manager role, you will shape scalable processes to support Revolut’s rapid growth and operational excellence. You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, define priority projects, and enhance the customer experience at scale. You will also manage key vendor relationships and build strategic partnerships to support global expansion. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at a leading fintech with a strong culture of inclusion and performance.
Responsabilidades
- Design and optimize scalable processes to support hyper-growth
- Lead and deliver core infrastructure projects
- Prioritize initiatives and set timelines to achieve fast outcomes
- Identify new features to smooth customer experience
- Manage critical vendor relationships and build performance-tracking systems
- Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate terms
Requisitos principales
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coding in SQL, Python, or R
- Proven track record of leading complex projects end to end
- Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts
- Enjoy working with data and have natural curiosity to create impact
- Interest in the financial industry
