In this role you drive revenue growth and online visibility for Hubbell brands on Amazon (1P) and 3P launches, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to scale ecommerce across select MRO accounts. You own Amazon-related strategy, reporting, and vendor operations, shaping digital presence and customer experience. You’ll collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing to execute growth plans and ecommerce promotions. This position offers meaningful impact by expanding digital channels and optimizing profitability.

Responsabilidades

  • Serve as the primary Amazon relationship owner, leading negotiations and cross-functional initiatives
  • Own Amazon reporting and analytics, delivering regular insights to drive growth
  • Manage daily operations via Vendor Central, Seller Central, FBA, AMS, and Enhanced Content
  • Lead retail media strategy development and oversee media budget management
  • Oversee sales support agency alignment with business objectives
  • Manage customer promotions, product forecasting, and inventory planning
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, Legal, and Marketing on key projects
  • Support development and execution of ecommerce marketing and promotional strategies

Requisitos principales

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Direct experience selling on Amazon with knowledge of retailer policies
  • Experience with Lowes.com, Walmart.com, Grainger, Fastenal, or Ferguson preferred
  • Strong financial acumen balancing topline growth and profitability
  • Ability to analyze POS and external data for trends and recommendations
  • Excellent communication for reports, business plans, and presentations
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI
  • Experience managing 1P and 3P offers
  • Ability to travel ~25%
