In this role, you will provide strategic technical leadership to help customers integrate ADI products into their designs, delivering practical solutions to complex issues. You will lead cross-discipline efforts to bring new products to market, mentor junior engineers, and act as a technical authority for key customers and internal teams. You will build demonstration platforms and reference designs for ADEF and Instrumentation markets, and collaborate closely with product and software teams to shape future offerings. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy and work on high-impact, cutting-edge systems.

Responsabilidades

Provide strategic technical leadership as a product applications authority and mentor junior engineers
Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic customers, guiding complex integration and successful implementation
Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, and sales to accelerate product development
Apply deep technical expertise to resolve sophisticated challenges for customers and internal teams
Create and deliver advanced technical documentation and training to disseminate expertise
Build solution platforms for application investigations, product evaluation, demonstration systems and reference designs for ADEF and Instrumentation markets
Collaborate with product and software development teams on future product requirements
Write code to test and debug ultra-wideband transceiver evaluation systems using lab equipment
Guide customers in integrating and troubleshooting software and hardware on ADI evaluation systems

Requisitos principales

System-level architecture mastery
Advanced application development leadership
Strategic cross-disciplinary leadership
Expert problem solving with innovative approaches
Strong coding in C/C++, Python or Matlab
Solid fundamentals in high-speed data converters, RF signal chain, and hardware/software interaction
Knowledge of RF design specifications (IP3, P1dB, Gain, Noise Figure, phase noise)
Experience with RF/Microwave test equipment (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analysers, Network Analysers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes)
Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience preferred
RF/mmWave system experience and 5G/RADAR knowledge preferred
