In this role you will enable data-driven insights to improve laboratory efficiency and health-system value. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate clinical data into actionable analytics and dashboards. You will lead end-to-end reporting and leverage advanced analytics to guide continuous improvement initiatives. This position sits within Danaher Diagnostics, contributing to faster, more precise diagnostics at scale. You will engage with leadership to ensure impact across customer programs and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

Design, produce, and maintain clinical dashboards, KPI informatics, and customer-focused reports
Incorporate trend analysis into forecasting and reporting for future product development needs
Translate data into detailed reports with recommendations to optimize cost, value creation, and population health
Develop understanding of clinical programs and collaborate with Beckman and customer teams to drive performance
Provide analytics, statistical findings, and conclusions to guide improvement strategies
Coordinate with sponsors and technical leads to secure buy-in and deliver end-to-end data analytics deliverables

Requisitos principales

Bachelor in STEM field and 9+ years of Data Analyst/LIS experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare
Experience handling very large datasets (>100,000,000 records) and ETL/ELT tasks
5+ years of cloud analytics (Azure storage, Azure SQL, Fabric, semantic modeling, Power BI, OneLake) and DBMS expertise (Azure SQL preferred)
5+ years managing database performance (index optimization, partitioning, Fabric semantic models, DAX scripting)
Excellent verbal and written communication; English C1+; Spanish C1+; German or French B2+
Experience working in consulting/business development is desirable; Azure certifications are a plus
