In this role you will support indirect procurement across Europe, helping roll out Dexcom’s Spend Management platform and optimize supplier selection. You will work with cross-functional teams to source goods, run low/medium-risk events, and drive cost-effective purchasing. You’ll analyze spend, manage NDAs and RFPs, and monitor supplier performance to enable scalable, compliant procurement. This is a hybrid Madrid/Barcelona opportunity with global growth potential and a strong focus on supplier relationships.

Responsabilidades
- Source goods and services from suppliers
- Support Sr Procurement Manager in achieving team goals
- Run low/medium-risk sourcing events and manage NDAs and RFPs
- Support supplier selection and negotiation processes
- Conduct data and spend analysis using analytics tools and Excel
- Interface with Operations to gather needs and specs
- Collaborate with legal on contracts and with category leads
- Assist with procuring non-standard parts and supplier consolidation
- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships
- Participate in procurement process improvement projects
Requisitos principales
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
- University degree
- Experience running low/medium-risk sourcing events (approx. 500k p/y)
- ERP systems experience; Coupa (S2P) preferred
- Experience in purchasing indirect spend categories
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate business terms with suppliers
- Experience in managing supplier relationships
- Fluent in English
