In this role you will lead site-wide operations, budget governance, and people development within a Fulfillment Center. You will manage a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach leaders, and drive safety, quality, and customer experience across inbound or outbound streams. You’ll implement Lean and process-improvement initiatives, share best practices across shifts and networks, and partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other leaders to secure resources for strategic projects. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment where your leadership shapes performance and bench strength.

Responsabilidades

Drive quality, process change, and Lean initiatives to meet/exceed business plans
Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations
Set expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure, provide feedback, and hold teams accountable
Leverage OMS and Area Managers to source ideas and build improvement plans
Share best practices across departments, shifts, and network
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and senior managers to secure resources for projects

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience
Experience with performance metrics and process improvement, Lean techniques
Experience with full staffing lifecycle (interviews, hiring, performance management, promotions, terminations)
7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution environment
Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
