As an AI/ML Platform Tech Lead, you will design, build, and scale cloud-native AI/ML infrastructure to support model training, deployment, and inference. Responsabilidades

Design and implement cloud-based AI/ML platforms (Azure or AWS) for scale
Architect end-to-end ML pipelines (ingestion, preprocessing, training, validation, deployment)
Develop agentic AI frameworks and workflows for autonomous decision-making
Lead DevOps/MLOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and rollback strategies
Manage Kubernetes-based deployments for high availability, scalability, and security
Define cost-optimization strategies for compute, storage, and model serving
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to teams

Requisitos principales

7+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering with cloud-native focus (AWS or Azure)
Proven experience in AI/ML infrastructure for training and large-scale inference
Strong Kubernetes and containerized workloads experience in production
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML/AI systems
Knowledge of agentic AI concepts and practical implementation
Cost management and optimization in cloud environments
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
