In this role you lead AI/ML initiatives for supply chain and manufacturing, building predictive and prescriptive models to optimize performance and resilience. You shape forecasting, simulation, and decision-support tools, collaborating with stakeholders to translate data into actionable business impact. You empower frontline and planning teams with intelligent alerts and recommendations, while ensuring scalable, enterprise-aligned data models and robust deployment. Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and predictive maintenance
Oversee data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering for high-quality model inputs
Implement orchestration pipelines (e.g., Kedro) to automate simulations, optimization, and analytics workflows
Work with engineering to deploy models in microservice architectures using FastAPI or equivalent, integrated with manufacturing execution and planning systems
Perform optimization, scenario simulation, and advanced analytics to support procurement, logistics, and production decisions
Communicate insights to stakeholders and translate outputs into actionable recommendations
Mentor and lead a team of data scientists in supply chain and manufacturing domain, promoting best practices and growth
