In this role you will lead AI/ML initiatives to enhance customer experience through segmentation, behavior modeling, and actionable insights, while also optimizing sales and pricing models to align with platform objectives. You collaborate with stakeholders across units to identify AI opportunities, design predictive and prescriptive solutions, and deploy robust models that boost engagement and conversion. You also build intelligent tools that support employees with timely, personalized recommendations, driving efficiency. You’ll ensure scalable data modeling practices and partner with data engineering to ship production-ready solutions.

Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for customer-focused applications
- Oversee data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering for quality inputs
- Implement orchestration frameworks and pipelines (e.g., Kedro) to automate model workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models in microservice architectures (FastAPI)
- Perform linear optimization and advanced analytics to inform decisions
- Communicate insights to stakeholders about data science needs and findings
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists in the consumer domain, promoting best practices and growth
Requisitos principales
- Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and microservice-based AI/ML deployments
- Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Kedro or similar
- Proven data cleaning, feature engineering, and advanced analytics capabilities
- Background in linear optimization and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in consumer insights and sales pipelines
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
