In this role you lead the data modeling team to design and implement domain and enterprise data models based on Data Vault principles. You collaborate with data engineering and stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-ready models that support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives. You’ll shape modeling standards, guide cross-functional workshops, and ensure alignment with technology constraints and data governance. Responsabilidades

Lead and mentor a data modeling team following Data Vault 2.0 standards
Coordinate with subject matter experts and product owners to refine business models
Translate business models into logical and technical data models
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure model feasibility and deployment
Coordinate with visualization specialists to satisfy reporting needs
Establish modeling standards and conduct quality reviews

Requisitos principales

Proven experience leading data modeling teams in an enterprise
Deep Data Vault 2.0 expertise (hubs, links, satellites)
Strong data warehousing, BI, and analytics understanding
Experience collaborating with stakeholders, data engineers, and visualization teams
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Proficiency with automated data modeling and ETL tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
