In this role you will develop, customize and support the Infor XA ERP on IBM i, ensuring reliable data exchange through EDI. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, support ERP modules and upgrades, and maintain system stability across manufacturing and distribution operations. Your work enables accurate data flow across retail, distribution and global supply chains. This hybrid role offers a chance to shape ERP capabilities and EDI processes in a scalable environment.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain RPG-based programs (RPG 400 / RPGLE) and CL, DB2 queries, with embedded SQL
Support and enhance core ERP modules: Finance, Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing
Create custom reports, forms, and data extracts; troubleshoot data issues and system faults
Participate in ERP upgrades, tests, and change management practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and support EDI integration, mapping, and data exchanges
Manage trading partner onboarding and EDI compliance
Coordinate with third-party EDI providers (e.g., SPS Commerce) and monitor daily EDI processing
Develop and validate EDI maps, integration workflows, and error resolution
Ensure transaction accuracy between EDI platform and Infor XA; support inbound/outbound EDI (multiple transaction types)

Requisitos principales

Advanced RPG programming expertise (RPG 400 / RPGLE, Free Form preferred)
Experience with Infor XA ERP on IBM i (AS/400) and related toolsets
Proficiency in CL, DB2 queries, embedded SQL, and ERP-related development
EDI experience: mapping, testing, validation, onboarding, and partner communications
Familiarity with external EDI providers (e.g., SPS Commerce) and multi-regional EDI transactions
Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and support integration workflows
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to translate business requirements
