In this role you design, implement and sustain integrated IT/OT solutions for manufacturing to drive operational excellence. You will collaborate with networking, infrastructure, cyber security, validation and compliance teams to ensure reliable data, secure interoperability, and high product quality. You lead IT/OT projects, manage vendors, and translate shop-floor needs into scalable digital solutions. A strong ROI focus and cross-functional leadership characterize the impact you will have.
Responsabilidades
- Lead design, optimization and SME-level guidance for IT/OT systems and processes
- Manage IT/OT projects (integration, upgrades, cybersecurity) ensuring interoperability and performance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors for project delivery and sustainment
- Configure, test and validate IT/OT systems (MES, SCADA, PLC, ERP, Lab Instruments) for delivery and compliance
- Maintain documentation and provide training to super-users and site engineers to maximize adoption
- Develop ROI-based business cases for enhancements and small projects
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field
- 4 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Network OR IT Infrastructure System OR Enterprise Applications
- Professional certifications preferred (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, VCIX/VCDX)
