In this role you will drive the configuration, implementation and sustenance of technologies for Global Operations. You will act as a SME for business processes and lead system-enabled improvements across the project lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with business units and IT to optimize processes, enable user adoption, and deliver ROI-driven enhancements. You’ll work in a global, matrixed environment shaping manufacturing and compliance-enabled information systems.

Responsabilidades

Reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by assessing needs and proposing tech solutions
Serve as SME in designated business processes and lead system design and implementation
Lead and manage enhancements and small-to-medium projects
Configure and test ERP/MES features, integrations, and reporting
Act as liaison between business units, regions and IT
Enable super-users through training and knowledge transfer for automation
Manage project deliverables and cross-team coordination
Develop ROI-based business cases for enhancements and small projects

Requisitos principales

Bachelor in Computer Science or related field with 6 years of experience OR Master in Computer Science or related field with 4 years of experience
Experience in complex, matrixed and global business environment
Strong knowledge of enterprise information systems (ERP/SAP, Oracle, JDE) or MES (Siemens Opcenter)
Experience in Manufacturing, Labeling, Manufacturing Accounting, Planning and Quality systems
Strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; negotiation and relationship management
Analytical, problem-solving mindset, initiative and detail-orientation
Experience with data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and data transformation
Ability to mentor junior Business System Analysts and adapt to new technologies
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and software validation/quality practices (FDA, GxP)
Experience with SaaS solutions and external vendors
Ability to map, troubleshoot, and optimize interfaces between multiple systems
Proactive issue escalation to management
