In this role you will lead the Uber Direct sales in Spain, building a new, high-impact territory within a cross-functional team. You will identify and close enterprise opportunities, shape the go-to-market approach, and drive adoption of Delivery-as-a-Service for retail partners. You will collaborate with Eats, New Verticals, and EMEA Central Direct teams to deliver tailored solutions that unlock client value. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial role with a focus on growth and scalable impact.

Responsabilidades

Identify, engage, and close high-potential retail prospects across Spain for Uber Direct
Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing
Build and manage a robust pipeline with data-driven forecasting
Develop territory and account plans to penetrate whitespace and grow wallet share
Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing, Product, and Legal to deliver tailored solutions
Leverage Salesforce to maintain accurate data and inform forecasting and QBRs
Act as trusted advisor to clients to grow their business using Uber Direct

Requisitos principales

6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or delivery solutions
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated success in prospecting, presenting, and closing large opportunities
Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with entrepreneurial drive
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
