As a Medical Science Liaison, you will drive scientific engagement and strategic collaboration within your country or cluster. You will establish deep KOL relationships, translate data into practical insights, and support clinical development and commercialization programs. You help shape national medical strategies, lead field medical activities, and mentor peers while working independently. This role offers impactful work in rare tumor therapeutics within a global, inclusive culture.

Responsabilidades

Identify and maintain strong scientific relationships with KOLs across disciplines at local, regional, and national levels
Serve as a scientific expert and facilitate exchange of information with the medical community
Translate expert feedback into strategic recommendations to advance patient care
Lead or support investigator-initiated research and collaborate with investigators
Collaborate with Clinical Operations to enhance patient enrollment in company-sponsored trials
Provide medical leadership at conferences, staff medical booths, and lead clinical discussions
Lead national projects (e.g., national congresses, PAG engagement) as delegated
Develop territory plans aligned with regional and national strategy
Build and nurture relationships with clinical decision makers at institutions
Partner with cross-functional teams (HEOR/market access) to develop data and present it to audiences
Mentor new hires and support onboarding of commercial colleagues
Support translation of medical strategy into a national KOL engagement plan and ensure alignment with territory plans
Contribute to national and regional medical strategy and plan; support regional leadership as needed
Provide scientific input to Regional Medical Director and national medical advisory boards
