In this role you will support product launches and strengthen the Xiaomi Community. You’ll coordinate marketing activities, manage the Xiaomi Community forum, and help execute events and campaigns that connect fans, partners, and customers with Xiaomi’s products. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent launch experiences and engaging content. This is a junior-level position focused on building impactful community-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsabilidades

Manage and grow the Xiaomi Community tech forum, fostering an engaging environment for fans and users
Create high-quality written content like product articles, blog posts, announcements, and newsletters
Moderate discussions, respond to user inquiries, and boost community participation
Plan and organize online and offline events (fan meetups, launch events, contests)
Coordinate multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables
Collaborate with PR, product, and sales to align activities with business goals
Track campaign and community performance, collect user feedback, and provide actionable insights
Bring fresh ideas to enhance product launches and community experiences

Requisitos principales

3-5 years of experience in marketing, community management, or project coordination
Strong interest in technology, gadgets, and innovation
Excellent writing and editing skills for a tech-savvy audience
Proven experience managing communities, forums, or fan groups (desirable)
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with event/campaign coordination experience
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaign tracking, and content management systems
Creative, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
