In this role you will lead Solution Architecture for Identity, Access, and Security Integrated Systems within Sanofi’s Global Functions. You will craft architectures in collaboration with multiple Digital Delivery and Security stakeholders to enable technology transformation aligned with Architecture CoE standards. You’ll address complex identity and access challenges, drive rationalization and integration across security platforms and physical-digital boundaries, and influence global security and access strategies. This is a chance to shape scalable, secure solutions at scale while working with cross-functional teams across regions. You will stay ahead of trends in identity, access controls

Responsabilidades

Translate functional and technical requirements for Identity, User Access Management, and Security Integrated Systems into Architecture solutions and ADRs
Ensure scalable, efficient global processes integrated with partner functions
Identify design challenges with stakeholders and deliver ADR-documented architectural decisions
Contribute to application rationalization, platform strategy, governance, and technical debt reduction in security domains
Support SOC, Access Control, and PSIM initiatives involving complex security zones and segmented networks
Collaborate with CoEs, Digital Delivery & Operations, and Digital Product teams to align with CoE strategies
Stay current on Identity, Access, and Cybersecurity technology trends and apply innovative improvements

Requisitos principales

10+ years of solution architecture experience in Identity, Access, Access Controls, and Global Security
Experience with Saviynt, Sailpoint, Cyberark, EntraID, Prowatch, Genetec, Traka, Netvision is a plus
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, global technology initiatives
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across regions
Ability to manage technical debt while delivering architecturally sound decisions
Experience designing scalable security and access management solutions, including integration methods (connectors, APIs)
Knowledge of RBAC, data security policies, and integration security protocols
Excellent communication skills; background in Agile product-oriented delivery is advantageous
