In this role you will design and specify WMS/WES/WCS solutions for complex logistics projects, interfacing with customers, regional experts, and development teams. You will drive the technical delivery across multi-region teams, from kickoff to go-live, ensuring quality, time, and budget adherence. You will translate customer needs into actionable development tasks and lead critical testing, training, and handover activities. You will shape winning proposals and support agile delivery in a global, cross-functional setting.

Responsabilidades
- Contribute to project kickoff with the customer and set technical direction
- Create WMS/WES/WCS process flowcharts and specifications per requirements
- Develop simulation scenarios to validate throughput and material flow
- Translate solution designs into development tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead technical exchanges with software developers across regions to ensure alignment
- Oversee FAT/SAT testing to verify conformance to requirements
- Deliver expert training and handovers to customers for successful adoption
- Act as primary technical escalation point during go-live
- Support process improvement and lessons learned sessions
- Ensure project quality, time, and budget while supporting agile sprints
- Provide senior technical input during sales for large, complex projects
- Serve as central technical liaison between solution team and regional intralogistics experts
Requisitos principales
- University degree or bachelor's degree in computer science, systems, software, industrial engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in solution design, technical architecture, or senior consulting, preferably in logistics or industrial automation
- Strong software architecture knowledge (frontend, backend, cloud) and automation/robotics understanding
- Proficiency with C# fullstack, .NET, SQL databases, and DevOps tools (GitLab/Hub/JIRA)
- Connectivity skills (SAP interface, OPC-UA, REST, TCP/IP, MQTT, Modbus; JSON/HTML/XML)
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems and control tech (PLC, SCADA)
- Intralogistics process knowledge (Lane 2 focus)
- Fluent English, good communicational skills
- Willingness to travel (EMEA-wide, min 20%)
